This policy describes what data AniSoft processes and why, both on this website and in the AniQuant program. It is written by looking at what the software actually does, rather than copied from a template.

This website

aniquant.com is a static site. It uses no tracking cookies, has no forms and profiles nobody. Hosting is by Cloudflare, which logs technical access data (IP address, browser) for security and in order to serve the pages — processing based on the legitimate interest of keeping the service running.

The AniQuant program

What stays on your machine

This is the first thing worth knowing: your market data, your strategies and your results never leave your computer. AniQuant works locally against your own files. There is no telemetry, nothing about your research is transmitted, and nobody sees your backtests.

Licence activation

In order to issue and maintain your licence, the AniSoft Key Server processes:

• Name and email address, as provided when you register.
• Machine serial number, which is a cryptographic fingerprint derived from the Windows identifier and the computer name. It cannot identify the machine outside this context nor reconstruct anything about its contents.
• Password, stored only as a hash, never in clear.
• IP address of requests, in order to rate-limit abuse.
• Activation history, with dates, for support and to detect misuse.

Legal basis: performance of the licence contract. Without this data no working key can be issued.

Trial period

The thirty-day trial is anchored on the server to prevent artificial resets of the counter. The machine serial number and the start date are recorded. Nothing else.

Third parties

AniQuant connects to outside services, and it is worth being clear about who processes what:

• Paddle processes payments as merchant of record. Their policy governs payment data. AniSoft neither receives nor stores card details: only the confirmation that an order has been paid, with the associated email address, in order to issue the licence.
• Market data providers. If you use the stock modules you enter your own key from your provider. That key is stored in your local configuration and travels only from your computer to the provider. AniSoft does not see it, store it or use it.
• AI services. The AI analysis modules are optional and run on your own API key. If you use them, the text of the report you request is sent from your machine to the AI provider you configured, under your contract with them. If you do not use them, nothing is sent.
• Email. Licence notifications are sent from AniSoft’s own mail server.

Retention

Licence data is kept for as long as the licence is valid and thereafter for the statutory tax and contractual limitation periods. Trial records expire with the evaluation period itself.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@anisoft.es. Note that erasing the licence data disables the licence, because that data is what allows it to be issued and renewed.

If you believe your request has not been handled properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Changes

If this policy changes, it will be published here with its date. Significant changes will be notified by email to licence holders.
