These terms govern the purchase of an AniQuant licence through aniquant.com. Use of the program once installed is governed by the End User Licence Agreement (EULA), which forms an inseparable part of these terms.
A perpetual licence to use AniQuant, complete, with no modules held back. The licence does not expire and allows simultaneous activation on up to two machines belonging to the same user.
AniQuant is analysis software. No market data is sold and none is bundled: the modules that require third-party data work with the user’s own subscription, contracted directly with the provider and at the provider’s price.
Prices are displayed excluding tax. Whatever tax applies in the buyer’s country is calculated and added at checkout. For Spain that is 21 % VAT, and the pricing page also shows the final figure.
There are two ways to pay for the same product:
The plan totals more than the one-off payment. The difference, stated on the pricing page, is the cost of spreading it.
You may stop paying whenever you wish, with no penalty and no minimum term. If you do, the licence remains valid until the end of the period already paid for and lapses at the end of it. Nothing is switched off remotely and no further charge is made. Instalments already paid are not refunded, and you may resume the purchase later.
Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of record for the transaction, applies the relevant taxes and issues your invoice. AniSoft never receives or stores card details.
The program is downloaded from the download page, is free to install and runs for thirty days without any payment. A purchase does not deliver a file: it delivers an activation key, issued automatically once payment is confirmed and sent to the email address provided. Delivery is therefore immediate and electronic.
As this is digital content supplied immediately, the user expressly waives the right of withdrawal at the moment activation is requested, in accordance with article 103(m) of the Spanish consolidated Consumer Protection Act and the corresponding provisions of EU consumer law.

The licence includes updates within its major version. Support is by email at info@anisoft.es, in English or Spanish, with no committed response time.
AniQuant is a tool for analysis and research. It is not financial advice, it does not recommend trades and it guarantees no outcome whatsoever. The past performance of a strategy measured on historical data does not predict its future behaviour. Trading financial markets carries a risk of loss, which may be total. Investment decisions are the user’s sole responsibility.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where the user is a consumer, the courts of their own place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
